Hello, I was in your store the other day and just wanted to give some feedback. (I had the toddler who REALLY wanted the recycling truck) which we bought along with some super dooper absorbent nappies.
The customer service was amazing as well as the quality of products. For the first time in over 2 years NY child slept past 5am as he wasn't woken due to a leaky nappy. this sounds crazy, but I am sure you can understand how important sleep is...you have changed my life. That extra hour sleep is simply amazing.

A great little shop that offers online shopping too! You can get little bits and pieces that are unique and cool! I bought my merino gogo bag from there along with natural toothpaste; a cool set of bowls and more. A bit expensive but that's what these stores are like! Worth an online look!

Placed an order for reusable pullups (superundies) hard to find in Aus, and accidentally put the wrong size! Hello Charlie we're kind enough to return my after hours call first thing and although I needed to wait for stock to arrive I was happy to receive a call they were in much earlier than anticipated, and had my goods interstate in 2 days! Great customer service, would highly recommend this store. Can't really fault the price, it is in close comparison to the overseas pricing and Still better than disposables.

First time I have used Hello Charlie. I rang up the distributor for Bambo nappies after my eco store stopped stocking them. The saleswoman was very helpful and gave me many options, discussed prices with me and then told me about Hello Charlie. She also told me they were having a sale but were closing down for Christmas that day so advised me to place an order quickly if I wanted them delivered before Christmas. I went online and discovered other ranges of Bambo nappies I didn't know about. I noticed the website had a pop up box to get instant online help. I have never used something like that before and was sceptical about how quickly I would get a reply. To my pleasant surprise I got an instant reply that completely answered all my queries and was friendly. I was very happy. Best of all my nappies were delivered the very next day. The price of nappies was even cheaper than my local eco shop (which up until then had been the cheapest I had ever seen them) and delivery was free. Best of all it's another easy purchase I can make without going out (I'm a mother of four). Couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Thank you!

Had an issue with getting charged twice when I ordered my items. This is just as likely my fault as it was there's. One quick email to advise them and it was fixed with a refund of the duplicated amount and a receipt to show ASAP. I put my order in on Saturday afternoon and got the package on Tuesday morning (7:30am!!). Super quick and super professional, will use again for sure.
