We try to ensure that the products listed on our site are always in stock, so that we can ship them to you the same or next business day.


In the rare circumstances that we run out of stock, we will let you know before we ship your order.


We will tell you how long we expect it to be before we have the product in stock and we will ask you if you would like us to:

  • wait until all products are in stock before shipping your order;

  • ship part of your order now and the remaining part as soon as the products are in stock; or

  • cancel the out of stock products and receive a refund for these products.


If you choose to ship part orders, there may be an extra postage charge. We will always let you know before we process your order if this is the case.
