We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, money order, cheque or direct deposit. Cheques should be made out to 'Hello, Charlie'.
Please note that all payments must cleared before goods are despatched.
Direct deposit
We bank with Westpac. For payments by direct deposit, please use the account name of Hello Charlie, BSB 033091, account number 340545. Please use your surname as the reference and email us a copy of your electronic banking receipt so we can match your payment to your order.
Please note that it may take up to two working days for direct deposits to hit our account, although it is usually next day.
