If you're redeeming a Hello Charlie coupon or gift voucher, just pop the code into the coupon/gift voucher field at checkout. The field is case sensitive, so copy and paste it if you can.
The amount of the gift voucher or coupon will be automatically applied to your order. You'll then be able to pay any remaining balance on your order using our usual methods of payment.
In the case of gift certificates, any unused balance can be applied to your next order.

Once your order has been placed, we can't apply the coupon or gift voucher to that order. But it sure is something to look forward to next time!
